Cancellation Policy

All our custom-size items are made-to-order, please contact us as soon as possible if you no longer want the dresses. We will refund cost depending on the procesure. 

1. Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

2. Cancel order 24-72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.

3. Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 30% refund + shipping fee.

4. Cancel order > 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.

5. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at service@toplistshopping.com

Return Policy

All our dresses are made to order, that means once it is completed, no one else can wear it. So, we are sorry that we do not accept return for non-quality issue.

Buyers may return the item(s) for a refund if they are with quality issues within 7 days from the day the item(s) were received.The buyer is required to afford the return shipping cost, based on the condition of the item(s) received.

Size Issue

Few people fit standard sizes exactly, we highly suggest you to send us your personal measurements. We can assure you of 100% fit as long as you provide correct measurements. If we make mistake on size & cause you fitting issue, we will be responsible for alteration fee or return. (1 inch is reasonable difference on measurements, small difference on sizes does means wrong sizes )

Color  Issue

Slightly color difference happens all the time due to screen, it is unavoidable for online shopping. However if you are very serious about color, we suggest you to order fabric sample before sewing. We have professional team about color matching so it would not be far, so please do not worry.  We have photo approval service for every order before shipping, you can just tell from our photos for finished gowns.

Wrong Item

If you got wrong item, please contact us for refund.

Exchange

We understand sometimes you like our dresses, but it is just not fit you, if you want to exchang to other item, we will give you special offer for it.
